Do I have to pay for return shipping?Updated 12 days ago
Yes, in most cases, you are responsible for the cost of posting your return back to us.
International customers are required to pay for return shipping. Customers in select regions are eligible for flat-rate return shipping fees via our international returns portal (see below).
If you are required to source your own return shipping, we do suggest choosing a tracked method where possible so you can keep an eye on the delivery. We are not able to process your refund until your return has been delivered successfully to our warehouse partner.
Australian customers will have this fee deducted from refund or credit values, or invoiced separately if requesting a sale exchange item. Australian customers who have requested a full-priced size exchange are eligible for free return shipping. Returns must be submitted via our online return portal.
