We aim to process your return within 5 business days of receiving your return order. You will receive an email confirmation once this is completed. 

Store credit vouchers can be used online immediately. Credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to clear.

Please note, some delays may occur during holiday or sale periods.
