My item is out of stock. When will I be refunded?Updated a year ago
If you have received a notification about one or more of your items being out of stock, we will aim to have this resolved for you as soon as possible.
If you opted for a refund: you will receive an email confirmation once this is processed. Please allow up 5-7 business days for your bank to clear this back into your account.
If you opted for a store credit: we will email you with your online store credit code within 3 business days. Please check your spam folder if this does not appear within this time.
