What is Checkout+ “Free Returns” Coverage?Updated 3 days ago

When you opt-in to purchase Checkout+ coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund, credit, or exchange for free. 

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. This cost may vary, depending on your location, and is charged to you at the time of return submission.

All returns still are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy.

If You Purchased Free Returns Coverage 

• Start your return through our returns portal.

• Submit your return request for approval.

• Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.

• Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

If You Did Not Purchase Free Returns Coverage 

• Start your return through our returns portal.

• Purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal.

• Your return label will be emailed to the email address used when placing your order.

• Print the label, attach it to your package, and ship your item back.

Please note that returns must be submitted through our returns portal before items are shipped back.

Free Returns coverage is currently only available for selected regions and will appear in your cart if eligible.
