Unfortunately we are not yet able to offer subsidised return shipping for all international regions. If you are not provided the option to pay for a return label at the time of your return request, then you will need to organise and pay for this separately.

You should receive a confirmation email with our Australian return address and you can then send your item/s back to us via your postal service of choice. As we cannot process your return until it has been delivered and approved by our warehouse team, we would recommend opting for a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.
